founded by owners & Burnt Hills natives Jamie Fronk and Sean McKenna, opened in October 2023 is located in the heart of the Burnt Hills Ballston Lake school district. This producer of fun and fresh Mexican essentials is serving both quality interpretations of classic Tacos and Burritos as well as some new ventures from that age old taco arena. Let it be known, the inspiration behind this venture stems from Mr. Fronk’s wife Jessica, a native of Southern California with parents originating from the very place that lives and breathes this Latin soul food, Mexico.

The Taco Shop’s interior, designed by the owners, is an old Stewart’s brick building that has been transformed into a clean, hip, and modern dining spot. The moment you walk in you can sense the attention to detail with bright modern colors and hand painted wall art.
